Why volunteer with us?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum

Group Official

IAM RoadSmart’s activities are run nationally by 160 local groups of drivers and riders. Every group needs a Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. And then there’s 101 other things that need doing. So if you have some spare time, there’s bound to be a role for you.

Observer

As an observer you’ll work one-to-one, observing drives or rides. Helping people who’ve signed up for our courses to pass their Advanced test. And when they pass, it’s a great feeling knowing you played an important part in their success.

Events
Coordinator

As an Events Coordinator you will plan calendars for your local group. You’ll manage bookings and make sure everyone turns up at the right place, at the right time. If you’re a natural organiser and love getting to know new people, you’ll love this role.
